Speaker Bio: Lou has over 20 years of experience in disaster recovery and large-scale land remediation and is a seasoned community rebuilder and Indigenous farmer. From post-Katrina urban restoration to developing Soil Revival protocols for depleted Texas ranch lands, Lou’s career is defined by structural healing. As Regenerative Programs Director for BE Wild, she bridges traditional Chickasaw knowledge with modern bioremediation to lead a generational movement of “Nature Creators” across schools, universities, and community centers.
