“Laws of the Landscape” – Julienne will discuss Texas gardening and water conservation laws. The presentation will offer a practical overview of Texas laws related to gardening and water conservation, including helpful information for navigating conversations with HOAs, cities, and other groups. Speaker Bio: Julienne is a Master Gardener and member of the Native Plant Society Hill Country Chapter. After discovering that gardening in Texas was very different from gardening in the Midwest and West, she became passionate about learning, native landscapes, and helping others garden more effectively.
