Designing a Breakfast Tray for a Flower Show at the Violet Crown Garden Club Monthly Meeting

Learn all the details needed for a successful flower show entry of a breakfast tray design. Velia Sanchez, blue ribbon winning floral designer and gardener extraordinaire, will explain and demonstrate breakfast tray designs. Participants will gain confidence to enter a breakfast tray design in our upcoming flower show in May 2026 and/or pretty up their breakfast tray for a breakfast in bed for a loved one.

Our meetings in the auditorium behind the gift shop start at 9:30 AM with 30 minutes of social time to enjoy light refreshments and talk gardening, followed by the program at 10 AM and then an optional short business meeting after the program. Guests and garden club curious are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note this is the 3rd Thursday in November.

Speaker Bio: Velia Sanchez has been a member of Violet Crown Garden club since 2004 and has served the Austin garden community in many capacities, including as Violet Crown Garden Club President . She is known for her beautiful home garden that features day lilies and a medicine wheel garden, as well as sharing gardening know-how.
