He will share strategies and expert tips to help you grow your cattleyas to their full potential. Then, you too, will be winning awards with your breathtaking Cattleyas!
Ben will have orchids for sale at the meeting.
Speaker Bio: Ben Oliveros, an AOS judge who specializes in orchid breeding, spent twelve years as a commercial orchid grower in Atlanta, Georgia before moving to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2004. The move was made because this is where his plants would grow best! Ben went there with 500 breeding plants and now has over 40,000 orchids! His nursery is dedicated to advancing species and hybrids of the cattleya alliance which provides us with impeccable quality.
