The Cactus and Succulent Garden houses some of the most amazingly unique arid plants that can be found in Texas and around the world. Walking around the garden, be sure to look out for any plants in bloom as these plants tend to have some of the most beautifully distinctive flowers.
This garden is expanding with brand-new beds and a growing collection of desert plants. Curator Jeff Pavlat is leading the effort, adding a wide variety of cacti and succulents to showcase the diversity and resilience of arid-region species.
