About the Class
Start your week with tranquility and mindfulness at our Monday Meditation Yoga classes, part of the August Asanas wellness program at Zilker Botanical Garden. Every Monday morning in August, join us for a peaceful session that combines gentle yoga and guided meditation, designed to help you find balance and calm.
Class Dates: August 5, 12, 19 & 26
The skilled instructor, Tiffany Sipos, from Castle Hill Fitness, will lead you through a series of gentle yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation session. This practice is suitable for all levels and aims to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
What you need to bring:
- A Yoga or exercise mat
- Comfortable clothes to move in
- Water
Please note: this class will take place outdoors.
About the Instructor: Through 20+ years of movement practice in modalities, including yoga, dance, and professional bodybuilding, Tiffany’s personal intention is to lead others into a creative and engaging safe practice.
With her love of learning, Tiffany has received over 800 hours of training in Meditation, Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, and Katonah Yoga with Laughing Lotus and The Studio in New York City, Light on Lotus in Los Angeles, and Sukha Yoga in Austin. She enjoys working with practitioners of all levels, and feels blessed by her work.
Tiffany considers the practice to be like a love letter to the soul. It’s amazing what you can uncover, and her mission is to be a light on that journey to discovery
