Earth Day Sound Bath
April 22 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Through the use of sound, voice and frequency, we can tap into the powerful vibrations of the earth and create a harmonious connection between ourselves and nature. As we immerse ourselves in the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, wind gong, and other instruments, we can tune into the rhythms of the earth and experience a deep sense of peace and connection. Come together in the garden for community, a guided meditation and sound bath. Let us honor Mother Earth and commit to protecting her for generations to come. Let us listen to the voice of the earth, and act with love, compassion, and reverence for all living beings. Your guide will be Cynthia Bernard, Founder of ATX Yoga Girl.
This class is family-friendly and all ages are welcome. This is an outdoor program with the intention of enjoying this practice amongst nature. We would like to encourage all guests to bring any necessities such as water bottles and yoga mats as well as items to protect from the elements such as bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.
This class is limited to 25 attendees so advance registration is encouraged to guarantee a spot. The class will take place on the Auditorium Lawn.
