Family Yoga with ATX Yoga Girl

Stretch, breathe, connect, relax, and have FUN! This limited series of family classes are a playful and inspiring way to connect with your tribe and other families in your community. This class includes partner poses, whimsical music, and mindful moments as you connect in nature.

Best for ages 5-11, but all ages are welcome, and no experience is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please come prepared with essentials like yoga mats and water bottles and bear in mind weather-related protection.
