Plant Aromatics & Essential Oils

In this healing workshop, we will learn all about the science and healing qualities of herbs and their essential oils. Journey with us as we craft our Calendula Infused oil and pair essential oils for mind, body, and spirit self-care rituals. After we craft our beneficial healing oil, we will learn EFT Tapping Techniques to center our emotions with guided plant meditation and a rooted mantra. This class is perfect for back to school, parents, teachers, and outdoor educators.
