This stretching and recovery class is tailored toward people who want to move their bodies in a gentle, restorative way. It’s for all ability levels and is made to build community through movement in a beautiful outdoor environment. This is a Queer positive fitness class!
Please come prepared with essentials like yoga mats and water bottles and bear in mind weather-related protection.
