The Spirit of Essence Therapy

In this workshop, we will get an introductory course of Essence Therapy through the Herbalism Traditions of Bach Flower Essences. We will learn the properties of this sunny plant modality by harnessing the energy of the sun through plant-guided meditation as we craft our very own personalized plant essence for emotional healing.
