Vinyasa Flow

Join for an all-levels, gentle Vinyasa flow practice with options to modify or intensify. The class may include guided meditation, breathwork, and sound bowls. Mats not provided.
Please come prepared with essentials like yoga mats and water bottles, and bear in mind weather-related protection.
