Join for an all-levels, gentle Vinyasa flow practice with options to modify or intensify. Class may include guided meditation, breathwork, and sound bowls. Mats not provided.
Please come prepared with essentials like yoga mats and water bottles and bear in mind weather-related protection.
Dates and Times
This 1-hour class takes place at 10 AM on Wednesdays and Sundays between October 16 and November 27.
Advance online registration is available, walk-ins are welcome, and tickets are $15 per class, $10 for members. This ticket includes access to the Garden after class.
