Did you know that the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy offers a variety of resources for school teachers and educators? Join us at the Garden on Tuesday, November 15th, 6-8 pm to learn about these various educational offerings. Complimentary sparkling water will be provided by Trader Joe’s as well as some light bites. This event is free and open to the public, so tell your teacher friends and join us for an informative evening of fun!

We will start the evening with refreshments and a short presentation. Then ZBGC’s Education Director, Matthew Gaston, will lead participants through the Garden with a presentation highlighting how garden spaces are used to facilitate experiential, inquiry-based learning. Educational resources including lesson plans, activity guides, and the Garden audio tour will be shared as well as information about docent-led tours.
