Sound Bath Meditation Yoga

Join us at the Garden for our very first collaborative sound bath meditation yoga class. Collette and Andrea come together to lead a reflective meditation with peaceful sounds and slow flow while immersed in nature. The combination of sound bath and meditative yoga presents an opportunity for intentional movement and mindful healing.
This class is suitable for all ages and all flow levels. Bring a mat and water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
After the class, all attendees are welcomed to enjoy complimentary pastries provided by local favorite, Easy Tiger.
Pricing: $30 for nonmembers, $25 for members

About the Instructors
Collette Ouseley-Moynan is an E-RYT 500hr certified yoga teacher who has been leading yoga, mindfulness, and meditation classes in Austin since 2010. Collette strives to practice with intention — both on the mat and off! For her, this means moving with an open mind, a happy heart, and compassion for herself and others. Through teaching, she hopes to inspire a sense of community and to encourage her students to push past self-imposed physical and mental limits. In Collette’s class, you’ll experience an all-levels, light-hearted, dynamic, mindful, and fun flow-based practice. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!
Andrea Cortez, MM, MT-BC and owner of Mind Body Music Center is a board-certified Music Therapist, sound artist, and sound meditation instructor Andrea was educated in the effects of music on the brain and body and methods of using music to help people rehabilitate from brain injury and neurologic disorders. She is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, recording artist and performer. She composes and produces the music for Mind Body Music and integrates different instruments into her therapy sessions and classes.
Refunds, Inclement Weather and Reschedule Policy: In the event of inclement weather, yoga will be moved inside the Garden Center Auditorium. Your ticket purchase helps support the mission of Zilker Botanical Garden, so please note the garden does not provide refunds. Contact info@zbgconservancy.org if you need to change the date of your visit more than 24 hours in advance. If your request is received within 24 hours of the class start time, it will not be completed.
