Did you know that many herbs can be eaten after only two weeks of growth? Small, compact, and full of flavor, herbs make the best microgreens! In this interactive presentation, Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy’s Education Director Matthew Gaston shares the nitty-gritty science of cultivating microgreens.
