Family Butterfly Yoga

Join for a special Butterfly Family Yoga class led by Kaitlyn Cautero. Family classes are a playful and inspiring way to connect with your tribe and other families in your community. Stretch, breathe, connect, relax, and have FUN! This class includes partner poses, whimsical music, and mindful moments as you connect in nature.
What makes it butterfly yoga? For this special class, each little one will receive their very own pair of butterfly wings!
Best for ages 5-11, but all ages are welcome, and no experience is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
What to bring: water, clothes you can move in, and a yoga mat.
Location: The class will take place in the Mabel Davis Rose Garden under the Heritage Oaks, next to the pond.
Advance online registration is required to attend. This class will be limited to 15 attendees. Registration includes admission to the Garden and is free for members so please stick around for the Roots & Wings Festival Celebration after class!
