Herbs-Garden to Kitchen, Presented by Judith Craft

Judith Craft is going to discuss how we can use herbs in our kitchen. This slideshow presentation will help  discover some of the wonderful ways to use everyday kitchen herbs to add flavor to our cooking. Besides their culinary use, herbs attract pollinators, have medicinal and decorative uses as well. Herbs attract pollinators that dramatically increase the number and varieties of butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and other pollinators in our gardens. 

An active member of the Austin Herb Society whose goal is to provide education about the cultivation of herbs in landscaping. She is a docent at Zilker Botanical Garden, is a board member of Austin Area Garden Council, a member of the Horticulture Committee, a Travis County Master Gardener, and was very much involved with the design, layout and installation of the Herb Garden within Zilker Botanical Garden.
