Member Family Yoga-Monthly Member Saturday Morning

Member Saturday Mornings are back! Every second Saturday of the month members can enjoy early entry to the Garden beginning at 8 am.

Each month will have a different offering.

This Saturday, members can participate in a complimentary family yoga class. This class will begin at 8:15am so arrive early to pick your spot. In order to ensure the best experience for each participant, this class will be limited to 35 people. All ages are welcome. Register online in advance.  

This class will take place in the Rose Garden. In the event of inclement weather, the class will take place inside the Garden Center Auditorium.

What you need to bring 

·       A Yoga or exercise mat 

·       Comfortable clothes to move in 

·       Water 

About the Instructor 

Collette Ouseley-Moynan is an E-RYT 500hr certified yoga teacher who has been leading yoga, mindfulness, and meditation classes in Austin since 2010.  Collette strives to practice with intention — both on the mat and off! For her, this means moving with an open mind, a happy heart, and compassion for herself and others. Through teaching, she hopes to inspire a sense of community and to encourage her students to push past self-imposed physical and mental limits. In Collette’s class, you’ll experience an all-levels, light-hearted, dynamic, mindful, and fun flow-based practice. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile! 

Members interested in visiting the Garden at 8 am, that do not wish to attend the yoga class can click “Reserve Saturday Early Entry.” Those interested in family yoga select “Reserve Famly Yoga.”
