Join us on select dates in October and November as Collette teaches yoga for all levels on the Auditorium Lawn overlooking the city skyline. Each class will be limited to 35 people and is included with general admission, but must be reserved online in advance. There will be complimentary canned Chameleon Cold Brew available for all who attend. All classes begin at 10 am and will last one hour.
About the Instructor
Collette Ouseley-Moynan is an E-RYT 500hr certified yoga teacher who has been leading yoga, mindfulness, and meditation classes in Austin since 2010. Collette strives to practice with intention — both on the mat and off! For her, this means moving with an open mind, a happy heart, and compassion for herself and others. Through teaching, she hopes to inspire a sense of community and to encourage her students to push past self-imposed physical and mental limits. In Collette’s class, you’ll experience an all-levels, light-hearted, dynamic, mindful, and fun flow-based practice. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!
