Ice Cream Social & Garden Show & Tell with Austin Organic Gardeners

We are hosting our annual ice cream social on Monday, June 12, 2023, to get to know one another, new members, and old members. There will be all kinds of varieties including the plant-based varieties of ice cream now available. How about a coconut, purple sweet potato ice cream?

We will also have a “Garden Show & Tell.” Sign-up here to show off the fruits of your labor and share up to 5 photos from your garden. Upload by June 10th. We will put together a fun slideshow of everyone’s garden for the social. Each person will have 2 minutes to share their photos. Join us for the swearing-in of the 2023 board members. Eat ice cream and get to know the oldest organic garden club in the U.S. We will tell stories about the history of Austin Organic Gardeners. We were founded in 1945!

Doors at 6, and social starts at 6:30! Don’t forget to bring seeds and plants to swap afterward. If you can’t make it in person we will also be streaming the event via YouTube and Zoom.
